The whole home evaporative cooler rebate is limited to the models listed on this site. Eligible units feature advanced rigid media, generally 12-inch rigid media.

PNM Residential Customers are eligible to get $400 back on eligible Advanced Whole Home Coolers they purchase and install. Equipment for which a rebate is requested must be in new, unused condition. This rebate is good for purchases made January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, or while rebate funds are available for this program. The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the product (excluding taxes, shipping, and installation charges).

Advanced Whole Home Coolers measure rebate is limited to two (2) advanced whole home coolers per PNM residential electric customer account over the life of the PNM Rebate Program. Rebates will be paid while funds are available. Rebate eligibility requirements are subject to change without notice, including early termination of this promotion.
